Where Exactly Are You Located?
Though we are attached to the Francis Scott Key Mall, we do not have a mall-accessible entrance. We are located outside of the mall between the Macy's and JC Penny's, behind the BJ's restaurant.
What Are The Spa Expectations?
We take your experience seriously and do what we can to ensure your time within our spa is one you will never forget! With this mind, here are some of the things we require our guests to take into consideration upon making the appointment:
We ask to arrive at least 15-30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Dress comfortable and refrain from wearing any jewelry including bracelets, rings and earrings.

Children Policy - To create and maintain the relaxing atmosphere that we create at Belleza, we ask not to bring any children into our Spa. This includes our changing, waxing and tranquility rooms. We do offer minors certain spa treatments under the following guidelines:

Children between the ages of 12-17 must be accompanied by an adult and will be required to fill out consent forms with their parent or guardian.

Each guest is required to fill out paperwork before any spa services. This paperwork will be provided upon arrival. We do have these forms available on our site as well should you wish to fill them out prior to your visit!

Please keep in mind that our spa is a place or tranquility and relaxation. We ask that all guests silence their cell phones prior to entering the spa and keep all conversations through the hallways at a minimum.
Can I Tip On Card?
At this time gratuity can be given in the form of either cash, check or Venmo. Some of or specialists may also have PayPal, Zell, or Cashapp however this is not a guarantee​.
Do You Do Consultations?
Yes! We offer consultations for any service you are requesting from hair to make-up!
Do You Offer Organic Facial Products
We carry a specific line that focuses specifically on the mentality of wholesome green ingredients in their product lines. Farmhouse Fresh skincare is created with organic and 100% natural ingredients that are produced here in the USA.
Can I Get A Massage While Pregnant?
You certainly can, though it is recommended to wait until after your first trimester.
Builder Gel, Acrylics and Gel-X— What's The Difference?
Here at Belleza, we offer a variety of nail extension services that cater to everyone's desired looks and needs. Take a look below at our three nail extension types to help decide which is the best fit for you:
Acrylic: Artificial tips built from polymer that comes in a powder form. They are very hard and durable but is not very flexible.
Builder Gel: A liquid gel that comes in a bottle or a small UV protected container. Hard builder gel is strong but not as hard as acrylic. It is however more flexible than acrylic and is less likely to chip.
Gel-X: The extension itself is a clear overlay made from soft gel that's already in a nail form, which is attached over the entirety of your natural nail. They're cured with UV light and have the same feel as builder gel.
